What problem does your boutique solve?
I often get asked by my babes - why is it important to narrow down their niche?
Why can’t they JUST sell fashion clothing for moms without having to narrow it down further?
So I thought I’ll share my two cents with you.
Fashion is a very saturated market. There are heaps of boutiques selling clothing & competing not just with one another but also with big brands like Amazon, Walmart & more.
And if you truly want to be successful & stand out of the crowd
you’ve got to —
First — FIND A PROBLEM
Second — SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR PRODUCTS
Which means selling fashion or clothing isn’t enough. You need to find a narrow niche.
Here’s an example -
Problem — Uncomfortable wearing a bikini on the beach. Women being conscious on the beach or feeling uncomfortable in a bikini & want more modest apparel when hanging out in summers.
Solution — Long sleeve kimonos or kaftans for women that love to spend summers on the beach & feel stylish without showing off skin or their bikini.
If you are solving THIS problem, you have an edge over other brands that focus only on Swimwear & Beachwear & don’t have a narrow niche.

👉🏻 You won’t get confused about what you have to purchase.
👉🏻 Your marketing & Ads are more effective & targeted which means less trial & error.
